Job Description
Role Purpose
The IT Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM , with a strong focus on Redwood UI adoption . This role will act as the bridge between HR, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and value realization of the HCM transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Governance
Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM implementation program , including scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk management.
Establish program governance, steering committees, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
Manage multiple workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Redwood UX).
Oracle Fusion HCM & Redwood
Drive Redwood UI readiness, configuration, rollout, and adoption strategy across HR modules.
Ensure alignment of Redwood UX with HR business processes and employee experience goals.
