**Description**
**The Leidos' Proposal Operations Team provides highly skilled people, facilities, and resources to support more than $50 billion in annual proposal submissions. We are seeking a highly qualified, senior orals coach with the expertise and demonstrated performance to managing and developing high quality orals and video proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching capture teams in the preparation and delivery of live and video proposal presentations, as well as demonstrations. This position reports directly to a Proposal Operations Director in Leidos’ Capture Operations and Excellence team.**
The Orals Coach helps define the flow, structure, content layout, and timing of orals presentations, in this process confirming compliance with solicitation requirements. Beyond content, the senior orals coach trains the team on effective presentations, including messaging and project confidence.
