As an Order Administrator, you’ll be accountable for ensuring the smooth and effective processing of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Your remit will span all touchpoints of the customer journey, including updating customer data, processing delivery and collection orders, checking product availability, communicating with carriers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.
Benefits:
Salary of £25,150 to £27,000 DOE
