  • Purchase, credit and order intake

  • Order booking in line with customer needs

  • Obtain and archive all process related documents

  • Communication with internal customer / departments

  • Obtain approval from planning and quality departments for replacements

  • Fix issues at any stage in the order process

  • You are per immediately available for 32-40 hours per week

  • Experience within Customer Service or Administration

  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office
