- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders and communicating with all related departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with related departments regarding order status, delivery dates, issues, and product availability
- Work collaboratively with Planner and Sales in developing, maintaining, and adjusting production and delivery plan based on customer demand, inventory levels and resource availability
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory levels
- Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement
Qualifications
- Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or any 4-year related business course
- Not more than 35 years old
- With strong communication skills both oral and written
