Order Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and take orders via chat, call, or online platforms
• Encode orders and customer information in the company’s master list or system
• Issue official receipts for customer transactions
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly
• Monitor and track all orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Assist customers in booking deliveries or coordinating with riders/couriers
• Help with packing and dispatching of food items, ensuring product is in good condition.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all orders and customer details
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with post-order concerns
• Check with management to verify payments before confirming orders
