Responsibilities:
  • Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
  • Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
  • Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
  • Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
  • Ordering replenishment product as required
  • Various clerical tasks
  • Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
  • General housekeeping
  • Pick/fill orders as required
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum – years of order desk experience working in the food/ manufacturing industry
