The role

:

This is a superb opportunity to join a progressive and forward thinking business who manufacture and distribute high quality products to wholesale and the general public.

Duties include:

  • To work reliably and accurately on the picking and packaging of orders ready for dispatch across all sales channels.
  • To ensure that dispatch errors are kept within the agreed KPIs
  • Replenishing and managing stock levels.
  • Managing the team (currently 2 people)
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Adhering to all hygiene and health and safety policies.
  • To ensure that customer data is maintained in line with GDPR at all times.
  • Ongoing training of Fulfilment staff
  • Manage the Fulfilment site, and report any maintenance issues that arise.
