Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using computerized systems.
Maintain and update order entry databases, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Utilize Excel to create reports, analyze data, and manage pivot tables for order tracking.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents related to orders.
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status, discrepancies, or changes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities and pricing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
Familiarity with order entry systems or inventory management software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
