Role: Order Execution Executive

Sales & Operations Support
Sales order creation and processing in ERP/SAP
Delivery order creation and coordination
Invoice verification and invoice creation
Purchase order creation as per requirements
GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation in SAP
Verification of purchase invoices against GRN
Stock & Inventory Management
Stock inward and outward entries and reporting
Preparation and monitoring of stock movement reports
Warehouse inventory management and coordination
Annual and half-yearly physical inventory verification
Strong team coordination with internal stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Skills & Competencies
Strong data management and coordination skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems
High attention to detail with a process-oriented approaches
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience & Qualification
2–5 years of experience in sales support / admin operations
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
