Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance. Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction. Representation: Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect Client’s commitment to excellence. Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization. Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
