Job Description
+ The Order Entry/Customer Service Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in handling order entry and triage tasks.
+ This position involves answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately, as well as communicating with long-term care (LTC) facilities, pharmacists, nurses, and physicians.
+ The technician is responsible for taking drug orders through various forms, including faxes, and addressing medication-related questions.
