**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Track and follow up on customer orders, verify the correct configuration in systems and sales manuals, and the correct flow through the systems involved.
Provide direction to the manufacturing and related departments to guarantee customer's requirements, through the correct shipment of the orders.
Have a constant innovation mindset established to improve the processes and drive transformation across the supply chain to create continuous improvement
