Job Description

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for managing and monitoring customer orders on a daily basis by planning and prioritizing delivery, allocating stocks, and tracking order status. The analyst ensures that every order is dispatched within the agreed service levels to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Order Processing and Monitoring

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct entry into the system
  • Plots and consolidates orders to be served and orders for production request
  • Checks Sales Order status and plans target dispatch and/or delivery dates
  •  Monitor and tracks status of booked Sales Orders from processing until delivery to customer
  • Reviews status of pending unserved orders

Stock Allocation and Management
