Insight Global is looking for a Order Management Associate to support one of our pharmaceutical clients in Bridgewater, NJ. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relations with customers through a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as supporting the sales force and other internal departments to reach company goals. The person residing in this role will be an internal point of contact and accountable for maintaining a cohesive customer relationship. They should be up to date on all account management aspects including, but not limited to customer order patterns, order status, etc. They will be expected to process orders received via various channels in a timely and accurate manner. They will be expected to perform contract review in preparation of order entry, enter orders directly into SAP environment, and assist in maintaining central customer database.
