Purpose of Function

The Order Management & Purchasing is responsible for managing the order processes and analysing, monitoring delivery schedule with HQ and 3rd parties, and supporting the supply chain operations in the company. Also this role is accountable for proceeding customs clearance for import deliveries according to the local regulation.

  • DCS SP Purchasing S&S entities
  • DCS OF Ordering
  • Tasks and Responsibilities

    Order management:

  • Place an order upon the sales demand
  • Manage the order process, delivery schedule and analysis any potential risk e.g. delayed delivery
  • Communicate the issues happened during order process with all stakeholders on time
  • Customs clearance:

  • All import customs clearance should be conducted effectively and all the necessary local regulations are must be observed
