Order Management Representative - Remote Ontario

What You Will Do

• Process all incoming orders from Canada customers, via email/fax and EDI big box stores. Often communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, fax or mail to identify and resolve a wide variety of issues and inquiries on their orders regarding products, pricing, order fulfillment, customer programs, and corporate policies.
