This is a part-time remote role for an Order Management Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order processing, managing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Additional duties include monitoring and resolving any order discrepancies, maintaining effective communication with customers, and collaborating with team members to improve order management processes. Analytical skills will be key to identifying areas for efficiency improvements and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
