What you'll be doing
Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Communicating with customers to provide order status updates and resolve any issues or queries
Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient order management and delivery
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance order management workflows
Support all FMS functions globally
What we're looking for
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in a client or sales administration role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
