What you'll be doing

  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Communicating with customers to provide order status updates and resolve any issues or queries

  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient order management and delivery

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance order management workflows

  • Support all FMS functions globally

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client or sales administration role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
