Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with experience in Infor CloudSuite (Web UI - SX) ERP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in order sourcing, order entry, and end-to-end order management processes, including Shopify order processing and warehouse order coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Entry:

Perform order entry, sourcing, validation, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.

Manually enter and process Shopify orders within the Web UI system.

Warehouse Coordination & Sourcing:

Monitor and maintain orders as they are transferred between warehouses, ensuring accurate item availability.

Source products from appropriate warehouse locations to meet order fulfilment requirements.

Issue Resolution & Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, procurement, and customer service, to resolve order-related issues.

Handle modifications, cancellations, and order escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Data Management & Process Improvement:

Maintain accurate order records, update system entries, and ensure data integrity.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors in the order management workflow.

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Technical Skills:

Proven experience in Order Management and Order Processing within a fast-paced business environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite (Web UI - SX live) ERP.

Experience in Shopify order processing and order entry.

Knowledge of order sourcing, entry processes, and fulfilment workflows.

Supply Chain Knowledge:

Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse logistics.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
