  • Join a team of existing Order Managers and learn from the best!
  • Receive, review, process and coordinate customer orders and inquiries
  • Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide quality responses to, delivery, price, and new product inquiries.
  • High degree of cross training required.
  • Coordinate internal and external questions, concerns, issues, problem solving.
  • Review contract/purchase orders to ensure customers’ quality requirements are met.
  • Maintain reports, records, and systems.
  • Perform projects and related duties as assigned.
  • Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Order processing experience
  • 2+ years of account management or relative customer experience
  • Strong constitution and positive temperament
  • Passion for driving process improvement
