Job Description

Join our Order Management team and be responsible for managing orders for Health System products on UKI markets.

**Your role:**

+ Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools

+ Being responsible for **end-to-end process** : order booking, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process

+ Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)

+ Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)

**You're the right fit if:**

+ You have some of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics

+ You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)

+ You have knowledge of SAP - nice to have

+ You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
