Order Operations Coordinator

The Order Ops Coordinator supports various activities within the quote-to-order workflow, from CRM, CPQ, order management, to licensing and entitlement tools, specifically data entry tasks involved in order management and user support tasks managed in a service management system.
**What you will be doing**:
- Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
- Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
- Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
- Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
