Order Processing Customer Sales Support (Up 3300 + allowances , Central)

1 year contract (Renewable/ convertible based on manpower and performance)
Basic Up $3300 + transport allowance + completion bonus
Location: near bras basah mrt
Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Sat/ ph work 9am to 3pm, will be compensated duty allowance. ** this will only be applicable when you're independent in your work

Duties:

• Handle and process large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time (including verifying and rectifying of part number errors on the orders)
• Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regards to customers' orders (including requesting of lead time changes to suppliers)
