Role Overview

Were looking for a Billing Executive who can handle customer calls and manage daily billing, sales returns, and inventory updates. Basic training will be provided on our software.

What Youll Do

Billing & Sales Entry

• Make sales bills for online orders (Amazon, Flipkart, website).
• Enter return and exchange details in our inventory software.

Customer Support & Coordination

• Answer customer calls and help with their queries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, stores, and courier partners for dispatch and deliveries.

Reporting

• Prepare simple daily and weekly sales and return reports.

Who Were Looking For

HSC or Graduate

6 months to 1 year of work experience

Computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and follow-up skills

Salary

12,000 to 14,000 per month (based on experience)
