Description
The Order Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and processing customer orders while coordinating with inventory, shipping, and billing teams to ensure timely fulfillment.



+ Enter and process customer orders in the system accurately

+ Review orders for pricing, quantities, and product availability

+ Update and modify orders as needed

+ Coordinate with inventory and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery

+ Confirm order details with customers and internal teams

+ Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounts receivable support

+ Maintain organized records of orders and transactions


Requirements
Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in order processing, order entry, or administrative support
