Responsibilities

  • Execute Spare Part and Service Order Processing for the Southeast Asia region.
  • Arrange and coordinate freight deliveries with 3PL partners from vendor to customer via courier, sea freight, air freight, or local trucking.
  • Provide customer service support to internal teams and direct customers, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Follow up on account receivable to maintain strong credit performance.
  • Manage trade instruments and shipping documents, including D/P, D/A, Letter of Credits, prepayment and credit terms.
  • Oversee and manage the return‑of‑material process.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints and requests for service remedies.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery based on customer request delivery date.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Manufacturing Factory (MLS) or external suppliers.
