About the Role
Supports the Singapore business by managing customer orders end-to-end. This role acts as a key point of contact for customers on order-related matters, ensuring accurate order processing, timely SOA issuance, and smooth coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify customer Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and issue Sales Order Acknowledgements (SOAs) in a timely manner.
  • Create, amend, and track sales orders in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability and order fulfilment.
