Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage the end-to-end entry of sales orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately to maintain seamless operations between our sales, inventory, and finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry: Accurately input customer purchase orders into the system, ensuring correct product variants (SKUs), quantities, and pricing are applied.
Workflow Management: Move orders through the sales lifecycle—from initial quotation to confirmed sales order—and monitor the status of outbound deliveries.
Database Integrity: Maintain the CRM and contact database by creating new customer profiles and updating shipping/billing information to prevent delivery delays.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor real-time stock levels; flag Out of Stock items and communicate lead times to the sales team or customers.
