Order Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from quotation conversion to sales order completion.
• Issue order confirmations, invoices, packing lists, and related documentation.
• Maintain and track open order lists to ensure timely delivery and accurate follow-ups.
• Release production orders to the plant and coordinate closely with the production team.
• Handle import and export processes, including preparation of export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders for shipping quotations and shipment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with trade agreements, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Production teams, to support order fulfillment.
• Manage a high volume of custom-made products with strong attention to detail.
• Utilize ERP systems, E-Invoicing, and dashboards to support order tracking and reporting.
