Work Hours:
- Training period: Part-time during US hours. Work hours may vary depending on workload and trainer availability.
- After training: Full-time position during US hours.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent English Spanish a plus
- Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Software (excel, word, outlook)
- Proficient in using Zendesk
- Strong oral and written communication skills and comprehension
- Effective troubleshooter
- Thorough auditor
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with deadlines
