Work Hours:

  • Training period: Part-time during US hours. Work hours may vary depending on workload and trainer availability.
  • After training: Full-time position during US hours.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent English Spanish a plus
  • Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Software (excel, word, outlook)
  • Proficient in using Zendesk
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and comprehension
  • Effective troubleshooter
  • Thorough auditor

What will you do?

  • Reconcile vendor acknowledgement of our purchase orders into our ERP
