Our client is currently experiencing increased demand for their trade supply of windows and doors, and as a result, Are seeking a skilled and experienced Order Processor to join their team at their Corby office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and control the effective processing of customer orders to the highest standard.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective processing of orders.
  • Report on the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.
  • Check orders through to the Technical Checker prior to acknowledgement.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all customer inquiries.
  • Assist the Administration Manager in checking and ordering non-standard items.
  • Liaise effectively with the Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments.
  • Ensure that all acknowledgements are sent out within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of a clean order.
