Order Processor
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Benefits: 28 days holiday rising with service, pension, free onsite parking
A leading manufacturing company who are growing year on year are currently recruiting for an Order Processor on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.
This position does not involve any cold calling; it is all inbound customer service calls and emails.
The order processing team play a vital part in ensuring UK and globally based customers receive their deliveries on time. Orders are processed via telephone, email and an online ordering system.
Part of your teams’ duties will be responding to any inbound customer enquiries regarding stock, deliveries prices and lead times and ensuring the order is processed in a timely manner.
