We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help our organization succeed. The Order Processor (OP) acts as an advisor with customers on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) resolutions and takes orders of both aftermarket hardware and software. The OP is responsible for order entry, creation of RMAs when applicable, configuring and testing of hardware that is shipped to the customer. The OP also takes the role of an internal corporate liaison with aftermarket solutions.
