JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Forklift Operator – Aluminum Production & Distribution**
**Position Summary**
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving aluminum materials throughout the facility. This role includes loading and unloading trucks, storing and retrieving inventory, assembling racking, and pulling customer orders to support daily production and shipping operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Material Handling**
+ Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to transport aluminum products, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
+ Move materials between storage racks, production lines, and staging areas.
+ Ensure all product is handled carefully to prevent damage.
**Shipping & Receiving**
+ Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using a forklift or other material-handling equipment.
+ Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
