Job Description
Location: Surat, Gujarat (In-person).
Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹53,000/month (gross).
Schedule: 5-day workweek | Overnight shift aligned with U.S. hours (start between 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST).
About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible person to manage orders and talk with vendors. You will make sure products are delivered on time, with good quality, and that all records are correct.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and track orders from start to finish.
- Talk with vendors about order details and delivery dates.
- Keep records of orders, invoices, and payments.
- Check the quality of goods received.
- Solve problems quickly and report to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field.
- Experience in order management, supply chain, or vendor work.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
