Programs will usually be cross-functional in nature cutting across consulting, engineering, client experience, capability development, operations, HR, etc.Your team will interact with multiple senior stakeholders, across functions and geographies, and will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity across the company.More specifically, you will:
  • Execute multiple tasks across the process management cycle, such as data collation, stakeholder coordination, deployment, optimization, and maintenance
  • Maintain data and documentation in the right format and ensure accuracy by adhering to checklists and standards
  • Perform regular reporting and analysis for key stakeholders
    • Job Requirement Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
  • 0-4 years in delivery operations or process/program management, preferably in IT services / analytics services / tech products companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Creating and maintaining templates, reports, and trackers
  • Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role
  • Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages among the best in the industry.
