• 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management with professional organisational change management certifications Prosci/ADKAR
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve change outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, liaise with a variety of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Experience in integrating change management activities into project plans and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems.
• Ability to assess organisational impacts, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Capability to coach leaders and teams through change and foster a positive change culture
• Australian Citizen with TSPV clearance
