Overview:

  • 2x Full-time (Part-time negotiable), Fixed Term position until December 2028
  • Salary Level 8 ($116,551 - $131,257)  + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

About You
You are an experienced organisational development and employee experience professional who enjoys bringing people strategies to life. In this role, you will lead the operationalisation and implementation of staff-focused initiatives aligned to RMIT’s People Strategy, helping to strengthen RMIT’s reputation as a University of Choice.
