About the role.

You will support a major transition from Infor AMS to an enterprise Asset and Inventory Management solution using SAP ECC. You will deliver change management, communications, learning, and business readiness activities as part of a large ERP program.

Travel across Australia is required at times to support stakeholders and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver communications and engagement activities.
  • Develop change artefacts such as leader messages, presentations, factsheets, videos, and posters.
  • Complete training needs analysis and develop training materials.
  • Coordinate and support training delivery.
  • Liaise with and coordinate the Change Network.
  • Support leaders to deliver key messages through established channels such as toolbox talks.
  • Identify and coordinate business readiness and embedding activities.
  • Support cutover and go live activities, including manual workarounds and post go live support.

Highly desirable criteria.

  • Experience with SAP ECC.
  • Experience with Asset and Inventory Management processes or tools.
  • Experience within asset intensive or operational environments.
  • Desirable criteria
  • Professional organisational change management qualification such as Prosci.

Skills and experience.

  • Minimum three years experience in organisational change management on large or complex technology implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proven experience supporting transition and driving adoption to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across leaders, stakeholders, and employees in dispersed environments.
  • Experience working with diverse teams to deliver outcomes within required timeframes.
  • Experience identifying change impacts and business readiness priorities, then executing plans with the business.
  • Strong experience planning and delivering communications across large, complex organisations.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and developing learning materials.
