We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing organizational structure initiatives as well as compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that support the attraction, retention, and management of talent across assigned countries and/or Business Units.
- Coordinate the implementation and updates of organizational structures including roles levels job descriptions profiles compensation packages tax policies social security regulations statutory provisions etc.
