Capacity & Risk: Partner with Product and Tech leads to align commitments with actual team capacity while proactively surfacing risks.

Planning Cadence: Lead quarterly planning and confidence-tracking without creating unnecessary overhead.


2. Team Culture & Mentorship

Agile Coaching: Mentor leaders and teams to adopt Agile values, fostering psychological safety and sustainable autonomy.

Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and standardize practices across different business units.
