Qualification & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
Postgraduate degree (or equivalent) with specialization in Human Resources6–9 years of relevant experience in change management and HR consultingExperience executing change management initiatives on global client engagementsExposure to HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation programsExperience driving business readiness, adoption, and behavioral change in large-scale transformation initiativesStrong hands-on experience across key OCM elements, including: Change strategy and visioning
Communication strategy and execution
Change impact and business readiness assessments
Stakeholder management and engagement
Training design, development, and delivery
Change networks and organizational alignment Experience in instructional design, learning content development, and deploymentProven ability to design and deliver behavioral interventions to support cultural change and adoption Preferred / Good to Have
PROSCI®, APMG, or equivalent Change Management certificationExperience designing and facilitating stakeholder workshopsStrong background in communication strategy and executionExposure to digital and innovative change solutions (automation, gamification, analytics, visualization, day-in-the-life workshops)Working knowledge of analytics tools (SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire)Exposure to HCM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other HR technologiesWorking knowledge of project management principles
