<p><b>Required Qualifications & Experience</b><br /> Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.<br /> 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related disciplines.<br /> Minimum 5 years leading OCM for large, complex, multi year transformation programs (e.g., ERP/SAP, digital manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise wide process standardization).<br /> Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, strong understanding of plant operations and frontline workforce dynamics.<br /> Proven track record in:<br /> o Developing and executing OCM strategies and plans<br /> o Leading stakeholder and impact assessments<br /> o Designing and delivering comprehensive communication campaigns<br /> o Driving end user adoption and measuring change success</p> <p><br /> <b>Preferred Certifications & Skills</b><br /> Formal <b>OCM certification</b> (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).<br /> Project/Program management credentials (e.g., <b>PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum</b>) are an advantage.<br /> Strong facilitation and workshop design skills; comfortable leading sessions with executives and mixed stakeholder groups.<br /> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical content into plain language for diverse audiences.<br /> Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; able to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.<br /> High degree of emotional intelligence, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; capable of operating in a matrixed environment with multiple vendors and partners.<br /> Experience working in global organizations with multi country deployments, cultural diversity, and time zone complexity.<br /> Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., <b>MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, M365, LMS platforms</b>, survey tools).</p> <p><br /> <b>Personal Attributes</b><br /> Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, delivery focused mindset.<br /> Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure and clarity for others.<br /> Hands on, collaborative, and willing to engage at all organizational levels-from C suite to shop floor.<br /> Resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities and high pressure go live periods.</p><p><p><b>VDart: Digital Consulting & Staffing Solutions</b></p> <p>VDart is a leading digital consulting and staffing company founded in 2007 and headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.
