Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years leading OCM for large, complex, multi year transformation programs (e.g., ERP/SAP, digital manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise wide process standardization).
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, strong understanding of plant operations and frontline workforce dynamics.
Proven track record in:
o Developing and executing OCM strategies and plans
o Leading stakeholder and impact assessments
o Designing and delivering comprehensive communication campaigns
o Driving end user adoption and measuring change success


Preferred Certifications & Skills
Formal OCM certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
Project/Program management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum ) are an advantage.
Strong facilitation and workshop design skills; comfortable leading sessions with executives and mixed stakeholder groups.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical content into plain language for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; able to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
High degree of emotional intelligence, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; capable of operating in a matrixed environment with multiple vendors and partners.
Experience working in global organizations with multi country deployments, cultural diversity, and time zone complexity.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, M365, LMS platforms , survey tools).
