Job Title: Organizational Change Manager


Location: Austin, TX - must be local and able to be onsite 3 days per week (Tues-Thursdays)


Duration: 18-24 month contract


Hourly rate: $65 - $70 / HR


Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM-5PM CST) - onsite 3x per week

Summary:


This OCM will lead the change management workstream for a major ERP implementation, driving strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure organizational readiness and adoption. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, providing expert guidance on change enablement, leadership alignment, communication, and training.
