Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This position is 100% onsite. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.

Role Description

The Intermediate Change Analyst provides a range of capabilities to support organizational change initiatives. This role supports medium-complexity change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of change management plans aligned to project objectives.
• Identify and support change champions across the organization to drive engagement, reinforce key messages, and maintain momentum throughout the change initiative.
