The LCBO is embarking on an unparalleled enterprise-wide modernization of all IT infrastructure, systems and supports. The Organizational Design Lead, reporting to the Chief People Officer, requires working collaboratively with the FSM Program Director along with internal customers & stakeholders to design, execute and lead teams through organizational design initiatives of varying sizes and complexity, in the context of LCBO's Future State Modernization (FSM) strategic project.
