As a learning Specialist on the global learning and development team, your role is focused on ensuring the facilitation and delivery of key learning programs into our business, that support our people in developing skill sets required to become a future-ready workforce.

Working as part of the global team, you will be responsible for leading and/or supporting a number of our key programs globally, ensuring the end-to-end experience meets our global standards, and that we meet the demands of the business in terms of program availability across all our regions. You will support stakeholders to navigate our global programs, providing guidance on program suitability, timing & scheduling. You will lead by example creating a positive experience for our learners whilst encouraging leaders and managers to actively support a culture of everyday learning within their teams
