Job Description
Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Leader Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and management of the HPT system in different sites, driving the organization to an environment of self-directed work teams to improve performance. Support L&OD efforts.
Responsibility:
Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv
- Ensure a standard implementation of the HPTs and all its elements, aligned to our VOS.
- Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv
- Hold weekly meetings with local HPT implementers to provide guidance and coaching.
- Report the progress of the HPT implementation
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and the deviations of the deployment
- Promote change in organizational culture/mindset and behavior across departments and within the plant
- Give the corresponding training of Leading VOS
- Support in the different initiatives of the department
